The best teachers don't show you how to follow the path...they teach you how to create a path of your own.

JANUARY POEMS I'm A Little Snowman
One Little, Two Little Three Little Snowflakes
WHAT'S The BUZZ...
Hello Parents, I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. My name is Mrs. Trianosky and some of you know me, as Mrs. T. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and have spent the past 25 years in this field, in a variety of different areas, teaching, directing a childcare facility and subbing. I have two sons ages 20 and 15. My older son loves to fish, kayak, boat, and be outdoors loving nature. My younger son plays baseball and basketball year round. I would not trade being part of all of their activities for the world! We are so fortunate to have Ms. Amanda Norcini with us in the classroom. Amanda is a very familiar face here at OLA. I am sure many of you will recognize her. She is a true gem who loves the children and I could not do it without her!!! We look forward to a great year making many memories.

Here we are...JANUARY! How appropriate we are talking about arctic weather and it has come upon us full force. I have to admit though this is one of my favorite lessons and to actually have the snow to do some activities; I couldn't feel more excited. We have many hands on activities to do this month and now I can use real snow. We were back in school one day after vacation and the arrival of that unexpected snow could not have been more perfectly timed!! I felt just like a little kid right along with them as we talked about all the traditions we can do to hope for snow. Their little faces...Oh what a feeling to see how excited they were to go home and see if they did these activities it would work! IT DID!!
We will go outside in the snow, if the temperature is above 32. Please keep that in mind and send the appropriate clothes. Look at the important upcoming dates!!
I will update our class page monthly however any last minute class news will go out in emails! I thank you all for the opportunity to spend my days with your kiddos. Thanks for all you do.
